How to Enter Availability for Supervision

First you must have followed the instructions in How to Sign up and Apply to Join, then you may continue.

How to Enter your Availability for Supervision - for Parents

• Log in as a Parent.
• In the menu choose Join > Supervision.
• Scroll down to Join Supervision Rota.
• Choose the Availability link.
• Tick Available for all the dates you are available to supervise as far ahead as possible. You will be allocated to supervise on some of these dates.
• Update.

You can change your availability for a particular date later in the same way. If you are already down to supervise on that date then contact the Supervision Officer (see Contact menu).
