Constitution
The club constitution was written in Spring 2023 and approved by the committee.

Vetting
Currently the club asks all supervisors of our junior section, i.e. a parent of each junior member, to get Garda vetted. Others who supervise sometimes are also advised to get vetted. Doing so brings us into compliance with the terms of a grant from DDLETB which we first received in 2026. Prior to that in 2024 the National Vetting Bureau rejected our application to become a Relevant Organization for the purposes of vetting, and prior to that we had all our adult members and teenagers aged 16-17 vetted.
