Players who do not show up for a game without warning are excluded and must pay a €10 no show fee before they can play again in that or subsequent events.

Team Piece Handicap Tournament. Captains will select teams on 21 May straight after the AGM from those who entered availability. Enter after 21 May for a late fee of €10. Players will get 1 point for showing up to play, 2 points for a loss, 3 for a draw and 5 for a win. In each game, the stronger player will have less pieces, based on the rating difference. You can calculate this using the Piece Handicap app. Captains decide on board order and write this down to give to the opposing captains on the team sheets. 4 teams. 3 rounds all-play-all.
